Blog Crush

Posted on Tuesday 27 March 2007

I’ve got a blog crush. And he’s HOT. Too gorgeous for words. I am so into him – he makes me all tingly and googly-moogly!

And somewhat illiterate apparently.

I just can’t stop thinking about him.

Can’t. Stop. Myself.

Who is it you ask?

Well, I DO have some serious stud-muffins on my blogroll. Like Se7en, Vince, Andy, Bud Buckley, and Hoss. The unmentioned men are equally babelicious but I can’t list them all!! Sorry, guys. Suffice to say there are no unattractive men on my blogroll.

There, happy now?

Anyway, back to my crush.

The current babe of my dreams is…

Austin Miller of “Grease: You’re The One That I Want!

Even if he didn’t win, he’s still number one on my hit parade.

Those eyes, those lips, those abs…

Swoon!

Oh my.

And check out his fabulous rendition of the Elvis classic “Can’t help falling in love.” Wouldn’t I love to be serenaded by that hunk o’ man!

Lordy have mercy on my soul.

YUM.

Well, I’m honored to be included on the list and I appreciate the linkage (I’ll reciprocate soon).

However, to be placed below some freak on any reality show, especially one where Grease tunes are to be featured, kinda makes me wanna hurl.

I’m sorry, but you lost me at Elvis. ;-)

Lisa, I couldn’t agree more (are you at all surprised? lol). From the first show I thought Austin was special in looks and talent and although I’m glad Max won the role of Danny, I have no doubt that Austin could and will be seen on Broadway and beyond. Go Max, Go Austin

I still haven’t seen that show. It’s like I’m living in a cave or something. Oh, wait, I kinda have been living in a cave.

    Still on for Saturday night?

“Can’t help fallin’ in love” is me all over. No wonder I am so adorable.

Rhea – He’s a charmer. Talented as heck too.

Retro – I called you “Babelicious!” Doesn’t that count? ;-)

Annie – LOL! Yes, I considered that as well ;-)

Jay – It was a fun show – I enjoyed it.

Andy – Of course you’re on the list! And no pouting ;-)

    Bruce – Oh well!

Seamus – Life is hard, yes? ;-)

Glo – I agree with your agreement!

    Dawn – He is darling!

Julie – The reruns are on Bravo, (I think they still are.) And yes on Saturday.

Hoss – You are very welcome!

I agree, Austin is a cutie, but I would have preferred Derek from WV over him to win. Derek just looks the part of a stud-muffin greaser type moreso than Austin, and even though Max looks like a greaser and sings/acts great, he still doesn’t look like a leading man. But I like Max and am glad he won :)

As for crushes, I’m probably old enough to be any of those guys’ mother, er… I mean lover, lol!

Blogroll guys excepted from that last comment, (the mother part anyway) hehe!

    He’s very pretty.

I managed to NOT get sucked into that show, even though in grade 5 I could totally sing all the words to all the songs and recite all the words in all of the dialogue. Yup, even then I was COOL.

You can’t have Austin. He’s mine. I saw him first. He’s gorgeous, has an even more gorgeous voice, and guess what? He’s totally a sweetheart in person. So back off, girflfriend! :D Mine!! MIne!! Mine!!!!! :D

Well, we’re going to see a lot more from Austin, I just know it. Such talent and beauty and CLASS cannot go unrewarded much longer. I can also tell you that up close and in person he’s even more handsome. And he’s a REALLY nice guy. No pretense at all. Great guy. You have good taste!

How can I compete with a guy that’s been on TV? But does he have his own CD?

    Yeah, that’s what I thought.

Well, he’s definitely not my type! But I’m glad to see I made numero uno on your list of “stand-bys” uh-huh … pffft! ;)

I always appreciated Grease because it had the ability to unite every group of girl at the bars in college. I remember if “Summer Nights” played, and no matter the group: sororities, goths, athletes – it didn’t matter. They all stopped what they were doing and sang “Tell me More! Tell me more!” For a brief second people were united, It was cool!

    Bud – You are welcome!

    Michael – Probably ;-)

Carolyn – I was an Austin man from day 1. Shame really, but I KNOW all the exposure will bring him some amazing opportunities…

    Nat – Indeed!

Fuzz – Now THAT is a scary thought!

Kathryn – You are too cool for your shoes! Oh and the reruns are probably still on Bravo ;-)

Lisa in LA – OK, fine, he’s yours ;-) I really just want to work with him though, (I’m a production gal.)

Lisa – I could tell he was a sweetheart from day 1 – glad to hear it’s true. I believe Austin has BIG things in his future.

    Vince – True!

Se7en – No pouting! and pfftt back atcha ;-)

    Leave – My pleasure!

    Jarod – I had those moments too…

And I really like Grease as well. In fact, it’s not the first time I have written about it ;-)

Speaking of Liev, d-man, that’s my big old crush-o-rama.

Oh, to be the lucky turkey in a Liev Schrieber and Joaquin Phoenix sammich! woot!

And that guy from Grease? Boy should live so long and be so lucky to have your affections, baby.
