And Another One!

Reason #4002 why I love New York.

I can walk to the gym on a mildly chilly day without a jacket, (hey it’s a short walk!) and leave 50 minutes later to find it snowing outside. Hard. Big flakes. And it’s stunningly beautiful. I watch it for a moment then sprint home with snowflakes in my hair.

There is simply nowhere else like it in the whole world. New York is a magical placel!!

As a native of the Bay Area, I whine when the temperature falls outside of the 65-85 range. But I like looking at photos of snow.

It snowed here, then it stopped and the sun came out, then the sky darkened again an hour later and it snowed some more! VERY WEIRD, but, as you said, it was beautiful.

    :-)

Big snow flakes are best of all for walking, watching or building. Some big winds are coming!!

Aw, shucks, I got snow in my hair way out in Oregon. Wonder if it’s the same stuff…..

    Nice!

When I’m out in big snowflakes like that, I like to pretend I’m inside a glittery snow globe, lol! ;)

So sweet you can find such pleasure in that. It’s not the visual beauty of it but the shoveling and driving in it that got me to move to Florida. But, you’re right, that is seldom a problem in the City.

And snow in your hair would look divine. Hope all is well up there.

Rats. No snow here. It’s not right for the temperature to fall below 20 degrees unless it’s snowing.
